Every 360 game

The list is interesting, but all the games are not confirmed for 360. Some are just announced for "next-gen" consoles and IGN has included them here for whatever reason. Still interesting. A lot more there than I would have thought.

Every 360 Game
Every game we know of in the next generation of Xbox software

June 17, 2005 - Microsoft officially said it plans to launch the Xbox 360 with somewhere between 25-40 games when its new HD console graces the videogame world. But there are far more than just 25-40 games slated for Xbox 360..
;)

Sixty-one X360 games announced so far and growing.

Thats only half of the games currently in development too..

Next year might be closer to a 50-50 split, but by next year we'll probably have shipped between 80 and a 100 Xbox 360 titles. We've got a 160 plus in development right now, you'll have about a 80-100 which will have shipped and about another 80 or so in development which we'll want to be showing.

Bound to be lots of delays and cancelations as usual, it will be interesting to see how many good games MS does manage to get before the PS3 hits shelves.

that's gonna be a pretty stout game section at the game stores for a new console.

launch: 20 games 5 shelves 4 games wide at least (maybe 9 wide at 45 games by Christmas)

5 shelves 12 games wide (based on the 61 described by IGN) plus another another 99 in the queue (160).

MS needs to make sure there's a level of quality control. They don't need 40-60 mediocre games but 5 must play games. Its the GTA's, DMC's, and Halos that move systems not the 999th ww2 shooter. Too many average games can be a negative. Again, Im not trolling. Im a xbox owner and Im getting a 360. I just want to make sure these games actually take advantage of the hardware.

Out of what u listed only halo was a launch title .

Looking at every launch for consoles we see 1-2 good games . let alone must haves . Actually the only two systems i can remember there being must haves for was xbox with halo and the n64 with mario 64. Every other system just had 1-2 okay games to keep us busy till the tripple a titles hit .

Well, of all the launch games, most of them are crap anyways..happens every time console launches. Only time when console had high number of quality games at launch was Dreamcast launch.

Totally true. It amazing that DC had not only good launch titles, but the quality of the games throughout its life was pretty good. It had a lot innovative game. Too bad...

I agree but I do think that PD0, PGR3, Kameo, Oblivion all have a chance to be real good titles, maybe even VERY good games.

Not to mention EA is launching 3-6 games on launch day and although I disrespect EA's quality up until now, you can't deny Madden 360 and NBA Live 360 built from the ground up would help sell systems and possibly be great games for the sports fan.

And then there is always NBA2k6 also a scheduled launch title :p

oh and Full Auto could be a sleeper hit for Xbox LIVE.

Many games in this gen may end up being mediocre single player titles and yet revolutionary MP games with LIVE.

to sports fans, they will have a year of next gen sports titles on the 360, that is huge for MS, lots of the top selling games are EA sports games. That's 6 sports games from them at launch. When joe blow walks into best buy and sees next gen madden vs xbox/ps2 madden he'll opt for the next gen.

add to that kameo, pd0, battlefied 2, gr3, cod2, pg3, etc and you've got a solid launch lineup that rivals the DC's launch.

Only a handfull of titles that really capture my interest, and most of them aren't launch titles. I am not saying it's a bad line-up, it's just not really my taste. I am not too fond of shooters and sports games, so there's little choice for me for the moment. That doesn't rule out the fact that I'll be getting a Xbox 360 when the time is right.

Well for me

launch

full auto , kameo , pdz , full auto and elder scrolls

Later on

Dead rising , gow , framecity killer , king kong , ninety nine nights , ninja gaiden , pgr3 , quake 4 , scareface , turok

Now these are all pending on reviews of course (except mabye launch titles , it is launch after all , even if they all suck i'm going to wnat to play something : -)
