I'm assuming it has something to do with evolution. Otters evolved into super-inteligent beings? "Science, help us." Either that, or some former experiment gone horribly wrong and they lacked a BFG. "Sciencedammit!"

What about the one where Mr. Garrison and his mother were outraged, that Mr. Garrisons father never sexually abused him, when he was little. At the end his father hired some dude to molest Mr. Garrison and he was thrilled...:smile:

I saw a PS3 and a Gears of War ad right before Part 2 of the episode where Cartman desires his Wii started.
