The payment this time bing that free radical use the PS3 as the lead platform, and the PS3 doesn't have Halo coming out later this year

I think it's more out of convience it's exclusive rather than any sort of dodgy dealings

UT mods are in a own scripting language. they get compiled at runtime and are platform-independent.

There sure have to be additional restrictions though so you dont use too much mem.
