oh god... someone up there asked for a list of Platinum releases, and i gave those names....
the list wasnt from new games at this year's E3, it was a list of Platinum games which are old now...
anyway, game of the show will probably be Halo2, not that i support the opinion, but it will probably be that one...
if not Halo2 it will be Half life 2 or Doom3....
unless GT4 and MGS3 make a good appearance, but we're seeing more of those PC games, and not much of the latter, so i guess there will be more to show for them, including playable demos......

oh and don't forget an appearance from FF12... and the next Kingdom Hearts, and anything SquareEnix come up with...
capcom is a bit dry of new ideas lately... same for Nintendo... even though i'm sure anything with MArio on it will be game of the show for Nintendo fans...

No. I think you can expect the first "show ready" details at the next E3 (2004) and not earlier. At a show you need pictures, movies ... and I don't think they are ready, not at all.

I just got into the planetside beta yesterday, if this one shows at E3, it has GOTY written all over it, Halo 2, Metroid Prime 2, Doom 3, none can touch this one, I cant believe how well it pulled off its ambitious ideas.

From what has been revealed so far Halo 2 won't be eligible for Best of Show. UGA is working on a Cube game (among other things I reckon).
