E3 2010: Pre-Conference Discussion & Predictions

Since MS did not announce Kinect pricing, we may not hear about PS Move pricing too. :(

They've said since last year a starter pack for Move will be under $100. Whether that includes more than a PS Eye and a single Move wand is up in the air. It will be a really nice deal if it was the camera plus two wands.

Any chance of there being some big Kojima announcement ;)
Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for PS3! Or even a completely new MGS5!!!
PS3 Z.O.E !!!

Actually, yes, it does seem likely that there will be another announcement from Kojima. A motion control Z.O.E would be my dream, but that may be too early. MGS Rising may return here, with Move controls, as well, but no idea. Perhaps there will be tricks to play full PSP games on PS3, along with more PS2 re-releases over PSN.

Another one I forgot:I'm expecting to see an updated version of G-Police.

Looks like we can add something Sly Cooper related (re-makes, with possible 3D support, perhaps a new one) to the list of games for the Sony conference.

Not sure but i believe kojima confirmed not to come up in sony press conference but he will attend it. Something about a arm bracelet on his twitter. Almost 100% sure he will make a appearance on the konami press conference it's today too i believe.

Edit the konami press conference is tomorrow

For Nintendo, I'm actually having big expectations. Wouldn't be surprised to see this:

- new Zelda Wii with Motion Plus support (just because everyone says so)
- more Motion Plus stuff
- obviously some health games supporting the vitality sensor, but maybe also a horror game
- 3DS obviously
- but since 3DS is announced already beforehand, I'm also expecting something in the line of Wii HD with controllers that are Wii Motion Plus from the ground up, or a new, separate camera peripheral.
- new direction in online networking announced
- lots of DS and 3DS games
- not many first party games, but perhaps more than expected by Nintendo fans
- Metroid Other M?

Home seems to be going down for maintenance for the conference, so I'm guessing there will be something Home related announced and going live tonight.

Actually, I'm guessing we'll be able to see the conference in Home, at the very least. It was in there last year also already. Will be interesting to see though if the wait for that to appear will be shorter this time.

Ape Escape - Move!

Do for Move what it did for the Dual Shock. I vaguely recall buying as DS just for Ape Escape, but I'm not sure if that's correct, or if the timelines even match up. Perhaps I'm thinking of Dual Sticks -> Dual Shock, but I honestly can't say for sure. Regardless, I'd really like to see such a title and I "predict" a showing of it at E3.
