    12TF+ hardware :)
Agreed and as Alex said baked in hardware with AI components. The PS4 Pro has none of that.

The 5ms was at 4k based on the XSX having half the ML capability of an RTX 2060 with takes 2.5ms at that resolution.

Assuming those timings are for DLSS quality mode then I think it would be using a base resolution of 1440p.

A RTX2060 can, thanks to DLSS2.0, come very close to PS5 or even XSX performance. That's the thing with DLSS, it can sink requirements rather much due to lower rendering resolution. DLSS doesn't only impress on 14TF 2080TI hardware.

He did! There’s a new video comparing Decima Engine (Death stranding) on Pro using checker boarding and on PC using DLSS. Look it up, very impressive.

Strictly speaking it's on 6.5 TFLOP hardware since it runs on an RTX 2060.

But really it's the INT-8 TOPs performance that's important here. And with 103 of them there's no comparison at all to current gen console hardware.

And if it used those 5ms just to render natively what resolution would it roughly equate to?

The nice thing about ml upscaling is it can seem to add some detail in.
So would be interesting to see a game made with it at its core. Not just tacked on, or as a secondary method.

DLSS 3.0 is coming with Ampere. Nvidia is really killing it on the software side.

lol what a beast of a game, just hitting the 3900x hard. Even seems like Alex is laughing about how beastly this game is during his narrative.

And it's still only DX11. Man... holy this game can scale

I still don't get why it's so "slow" in external view (and not over a big city).

hmm, I think you're only going about 575 mph at the highest altitudes for commerical planes. Which is very fast, but not what your'e expecting which is military plane fast? F22 Raptors cruise at 1200 mph

Very impressive and very good usage of cloud with streaming of data.

Because at those distances, it looks slow even though it is not. Even a supersonic jet would “look slow” at thousands of feet. It’s just perspective. You only see the speed the closer you get to the ground.

The reason fighter pilots love flying close to the cloud deck ;)

I did half my capture at 4K and another half at 70% of 4K. It was not a stable 60 fps at Ultra settings, either CPU or GPU limited at times. I thought for this game showing the best settings for the preview was "better" than showing the most stable framerate.
Oh! That is what you meant. Sorry!
