It comes with a tray that the disc fits into. You flip down a manual feed slot on the front of the printer, slide the tray in, line up the arrows and print. It comes with some software to create the labels that actually works pretty good. Lets you drag/drop pictures, add text, etc... You can also adjust the inner/outer diameter of the disc so that it prints all the way to the edges of the printable part of the disc. That's useful, because each brand of disc seems to have a slightly different printable area.

I had an old laser jet, but the roller inside just fell apart for no apparent reason. (The sticky silver coating came off the roller, and now it just makes a huge mess). Anyway that printer you showed looks nice, but still it is debateable what one should do, I am tempted to buy a print server, so I can move my printer somewhere else and share it with the computers here instead of having to turn on the computer I want to use. http://www.pcbay.net/dpfare10etpr.html
