C++ is giving me problems. Need you guys to explain some things.

Never mind, found the problem and solved it.

Can someone at least go through some rules of C++?

The problem was that I made a typo.

The compiler gave me all kinds of gibberish but it never highlighted the line where the problem occured.
In short I spent a fair amount of time tracking the bloody thing down.
