I think I'm hitting that phase again. I've gone two straight years of working out and right now I weigh 181lbs and I am at 6% body fat roughly. But I'm getting supremely bored with it. I'm thinking of stopping working out, gaining 10-20 lbs (I'm not going to be fat at that point, but not ripped either) and starting all over. Just for shits and giggles.
Anyone have any good incentive/motivation to continue going even at this point.
I gotta tell you, motivating yourself to work out like crazy is REAL hard after you settle down and have been settled for a few years.
