They will never put a >500$ garphics solution into a console. R500 is probably half of R520 performance wise.

Of course it won't be on a card. M$ paid some ~$20 per chip to nV back then for the XBox if I recall correctly. This time around it'll be even cheaper for them since they're only paying ATI for the IP and will run the production themselves.
