I don't really see what market this device is aimed at. It's much weaker and more expensive than game consoles, and PC games are poorly suited for a control pad, so no gamer would want this. It's more expensive than a regular DVR, so I can't see it selling to that market either. The only successful "let's throw a bunch of PC parts in a box and sell it" product I can think of is the Xbox, and by successful I mean "sold a lot, but lost 4 billion dollars". This product is destined to fail.
