Accurate human rendering in game [2014-2016]

I don't know if this is animated (mocap or not) or calculated within the physics engine but his hand actually moves realistically when he is letting it fall:

Looks like oscillation. Damn impressive stuff. Details, but these are what separate stiff looking animations from believable looking animations (even if it's not exactly real or realistic).

And yet again, fast breathing video game character whose chest is not moving realistically. Animators continue to amaze me by ignoring realistic breathing animations.
Are you being sarcastic? I've read your comments so many times, and watched the gif as well... I don't see nothing wrong with it. :-/

BTW, I'm gonna post that gif in another thread (because of the fingers :p ).

Are you guys sure it's all done by hand and keyframe animations, as well as the hair/foliage/cloth and all that animating in real-time. That seem like such a waste of time if you are already integrating all that tech in your engine for gameplay anyway...
