The "OTES" cooler looks dandy, but according to a review I saw at a Finnish site, the Siluro is pretty much just as overclockable as the rest of the 4200 bunch. Sports faster stock core/mem speeds to begin with, tho. (So it's a "4300", really.) And the most notable thing about the card was that the high-rpm cooler is noisy as all hell.

Not sure if Abit has teh win here...

I've heard that the XFX Geforce 4 TI4200 is one of the most overclockable TI4200's around.
