The site just launched last week...man I wish we had some kind of tool like this when we were house hunting. I hope that it catches on and becomes more and more reliable as time goes on.

I'm sure realtors don't like it though.

Wow, that is wicked cool!

Naturally this is just a rough estimate* but it's still quite neat.


*For instance we're closing on a place that we got for 75K less than the site but we're likely to sell our place for ~15K less than it lists as well.
