The analogy is not correct.
There is a cheap,working hack on the xb360-the DVD one.
After that,this kind of hack is more like a geek thing,everyone will do this after watching the The Star Wars Holiday Special.
Even if you do it ,after that the maximum benefit could be a limited time period with an aimbot in the CODMW ,or to be able to play a few DLC.

I'm happy about this hack.
IT is fairly complicated(so no script kid will be able to do it) ,it open up fully the machine,so it will be possible to store and archive outside the MS vaults everything,that has been made for this machine (including the DLCs)

If it opens up the possibility of running games from disk images on the HDD then this will be even more pirate friendly than current methods.

OMG I just read @ engadget that they already have an n64 emulator running
this doubles my 360 value (to me at least). mischief makers oh how i missed you

There are forums more appropriate to such line of discussion than B3D unless you want to discuss specifically the emulation in regards to processing power.

Okay I understand. Well, my xbox1 already proved that it was a perfect N64 in disguise so I think the 360 will be the same in that regard. No use for methods on this forum I think (it would probably promote piracy).
