Where's FF demo on XB360?

Wasn't there a tech demo of the FFVII trailer or something on XB360? I've gone looking but all i can find is a FFXI trailer. Anyone got a link to this demo (if it exists)?

The FFVII demo was for the PS3. This is a tech demo from Square for the Xbox 360.

Linking this in with SQuenix appearing on XB360, is there word of SE producing demos on other machines to evaluate them without releasing content later on? Did they produce an FF demo on GC and then think 'nah, it's not what we want'?

Nope, they never created any tech demos for Gamecube. Square's relationship with Nintendo was VERY rocky at that time. In fact, the president of Nintendo at that time said he'd never let Square make a game for a Nintendo system again, even if they wanted to. It was obviously a big shock when Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles was announced.

Anyway, FF XI is confirmed for X360, and another mystery MMORPG by Square Enix is strongly rumored. Allard all but confirmed that S-E had another X360 game in development.

Personally, I liked it better than the PS3 demo they made, but they were both excellent.

What are we beting ? Cause I belive not only will we see mmorpg exclusives but also ports of the big rpgs and some orignals

LOL, even if you are a raging Sony hater, one can really tell you haven`t been following Squaresoft`s products or policies.

What makes you believe Square`s MMORPGs will be exclusive to X360, MMORPGs of all things? Those thrive on userbase, and SE will make sure FFXI and every MMORPG they have will be on all consoles with an online component. Heck, it wouldn`t surprise me that much if XI shows up on Rev.

Exclusives on Xbox360? That`s a good joke IMO, especially given that Japanese support is only slightly better this time around. As for a bet, I don`t know what to bet on the internet. Whatever signature you want? Sure, I don`t mind, I don`t even read them.

It would make sense for square to only support the x360 , why waste dev costs to put a mmorpg on a console with no hardrive out of the box ? I think they learn that with the ps2

I also think we'll only see Square Enix MMORPGs on the 360. Look at what they did with Gamecube. The only game they released for it was a multiplayer-focused game that used GBA-GC connectivity. It made sense for the Gamecube. It's the same thing with the 360. 360 is focused on online play, so release MMORPGs for it. If they're going to make a single-player RPG, might as well make it for PS3 where their market share will be the largest.

I hope they do! They haven't been too big on multi-platofm games in the past, though, with the exception of FF XI. In fact, I think that's the only multi-platform game Square has ever made. I don't know why that is.
