Is this a 360 launch game? Because it looks like it. Maybe even worse.

It's a pretty small team really. Their last game was on UE3 and was clearly low budget.

After the first minute or so the graphics just take a dive, so maybe it's just a matter of being WIP.

Yeah, had tons of potential but then saw the game play footage and wasn't feeling it at all.

Hopefully the criticism is heard loud and clear early enough to change their direction.
