But anyways, as you said, other than that I don't really remember any other good games that they made. I did however play Shadow of the beast 1 and 2, but didn't really find them all that special.
Did Wipeout first appear on the PS1 or in some PC form? I have to admit I liked the feel of the game, it was very smooth.
Psygnosis was pretty much tops in the graphics department so the framerate of Wipeout was good and key to the success of the game.
Shadow of the Beast I had oodles of parallax scrolling (well, 5 - 7 layers maybe) which for the time was quite good. #2 was also puzzle based which made it a bit more interesting.
