Uploading files and limit

Does B3D support file uploads? If so, what's the uploading limit per file on B3D? I've been interested in starting a thread about game videos and was wondering if the concept would actually work. Or how I could make it work via using either B3D or an alternate site to host videos. I believe the FRAPS website hosts.

MU also has a free anonymous option. You can just head to megaupload.com and upload straight-away. The only stipulation that really matters is that it will be "deleted no sooner than 21 days after the last time it was downloaded."
