Tony Hawk Revolution

A teaser for the new issue of Nintendo Power magazine contains brief but unambiguous confirmation that the Tony Hawk franchise is coming to the Nintendo Revolution. Along with some character art for Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin on DS, which was officially announced today by Konami, the cover of the new magazine issue says "THE TONY HAWK REVOLUTION" at the top. We don't have access to the article itself at this time, but this statement makes it quite clear that the Hawkster will bring his skateboarding antics to Nintendo's new console.

In a recent financial report, Activision mentioned that the next main game in the Tony Hawk series will be called Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam and will be released on multiple platforms in 2006. It is not clear from the Nintendo Power cover whether the Revolution game is a version of Downhill Jam, nor have any details about Downhill Jam yet been released to the public.

As everyone expected, the undisclosed Activision game for Revolution turned out to be Tony Hawk.

This reminds me based off the same news story of the activision rev game. The rumor of Activision having 3 launch titles for the PS3. I would bet Tony Hawk will be one of them.

maybe quake 4, call of duty 2, and tony hawk downhill jam?

Didnt mean to jack your thread into a ps3 discussion, Im actually interested how the Revolution Tony Hawk will play, controller wise.

I hope they don't make it use the revmote. I haven't played Tony Hawk in years, but that doesn't seem like a good idea..

I am more interested in knowing about Spider man (is from them right?), rumors said that you will be able to cast your own web to chose here to go.

That would be interesting, I can only picture that in my head if it were a first person spider man. But I guess its just one of those things youd have to see in person. Me personally would love to see a next gen spiderman game, I enjoyed the first two based off the movies.
