'm pretty sure you need to be 18 to sign a contract for the phone. So I would think many teenagers will be on thier parents plans
Sure if they want the contract price, but there is no law that prevents them from buying the phone without contract. There's no law that prevents kids from buying a prepaid SIM.
Anyway I don't understand the logic why a PSP Go with integrated phone capability automatically makes it the next best invention since sliced bread and everyone and their grandmother will be standing in line to get one.
Sounds like a good base for a fanboy/geek/nerd's wet dream though.
