Meanwhile GTA5 for PC is still 404 not found. Glad I never finished the game on PS3 after this..

Video compression tries to reuse as much data as possible from one frame to the next; the actual amount of data that gets pushed new into each frame is tiny. So, when fast motion occurs and you actually could use lots of new data each frame, the image falls apart.

GTA V looks very pretty. Now people can really compare it with Watch Dogs. Arkham City open world looks really nice, scarecrow exclusive missions too.
