Oh, god no!!!

They didn't say who from Team Ninja, just that former members were on board along with the Brawl team.

I can say the graphics look pretty good. They are in a magazine, so I can't link to them. Looks comparable to Brawl at the very least.

Yup, it's a fighting game. Hell, it looks like Brawl with the Turtles. Except now, the environments play a larger role in the combat. You can bounce off walls, swing on poles for extra height to get a boost of strength in your jump kicks and more.
