to me it sounds moer like:

"Our aim is to milk the old franchises so we can make loads of money without having to work"....

Call me a b|itch, but it's hard not to think otherwise...

You mean Nintendo's strategy? ;)

Basically, yeah... And Square's.... And many others'... At least Nintendo and many others actually provide a new game everytime, keeping the name but changing many things for every outing...

It's like Sega don't care, don't bother anymore.... i mean, same situation with Virtua Racing... i mean that's just pathetic, we have consoles that can push millions of polygons per second, especially flat-shaded.. and what do they do? keep the same exact engine as it was 10 years ago...? Meh...

Proper remakes are ok, Sega's half-ass-way are really not doing those games any justice. Yes, those games are budget priced, but that doesn't help much to keep face here. Sega should delvier proper upgrades or leave those games in there orignial form and bundle more of them on one disc, like Namco Museum. Sega Ages -1

You get bonus material with each game (posters, artwork, development details,...)
