GAF is an old forum from the early 32bit days. There are a lot of insiders that post there, but most of the stuff stays on the hush anyway. There have been lots of leaks, but lots of lies too. Grain of salt goes without saying.
That said, when you get multiple people being explicit (like KOTOR), I don't know what there is to doubt. And there are insiders for all the systems there. Most of the stuff is discussed on IRC or IM. I mean, the forum is technically linked to the gaming website (yes, there's still a front page AFAIK), so it goes without saying that you're gonna get info leaked on there. I'm not gonna vouch for anyone personally, since I've been totally out of the rumor loop this gen, but this close to E3, I expect a lot of what leaks to actually be true.

A lot of SONY fanbois would love to pretend MS is going to be in the same position as SEGA.
By the same token, a lot of other fanboys would like to believe that Sony's overwhelming advantage this gen means nothing. This was the same argument from last gen. The belief being that Sony merely capitalized on mistakes as opposed to earning their fair share. Well, the fact of the matter is that Sony showed that the market leader can in fact leverage market- and mindshare to transition between gens. It's about riding the wave of "momentum" properly. Something Nintendo never did.
By the time the PS3 releases, Sony will have more than twice the number of systems sold as the competition
combined. Spin it anyway you want, that is a massive advantage. Broken down on a per-system basis, Sony will have 4-5 times the userbase of MS or Nintendo. MS and Nintendo are small fries in this game at the moment. Will the automatically be next gen? No. But if Sony once again leverages their userbase properly, there's really nothing either of them can do.
Now, like last gen, devs see this and know this. Sony is market leader and will be considered the safe bet to start the gen. It's not suprising that with increased development costs that some devs would move properties exclusively to that system. If there's a hw advantage, it might make it an even more obvious choice. And where the devs go, the gamers inevitably go, and the cycle kinda feeds itself.
I'm not gonna pretend, I think Sony's gonna dominate again. I see no reason to think otherwise. MS's money and clout have no sway in this market. They may have done ok in the US (again, Sony has outsold them more than 3:1 here), but they've still got a lot of ground to make up in other territories. Until they nail down Japan and/or Europe, there'll always be problems securing marquee exclusives. The safe money is with Sony for now. PEACE.
