No. RSX is a standard GPU. Visualizer hasn't been made.

Controller Chip. I think that controls devices, such as HDD, Blue-Tooth, and BRD drive.

During development? You wouldn't. EE/GS has no part to play in PS3 except BC. If you meant in games, again, it has no part to play. The EE/GS will be removed eventually, and any games that used it would become incompatible with PS3's that don't have it. Thus it'll never have a use in PS3 games.

It does neither. It controls the hardware, interfacing the drives etc. and sending data from them to the other bits (as I understand it, and i'm far from an expert). eg. When loading data from the BRD drive, you need the controller chip to talk to the drive and get the data into RAM. When reading the Sixaxis inputs, the controller chips drives the BlueTooth, receives the inputs, and passes the data to Cell. Stuff like that. Boring stuff. It's unlikely to have any audio/video abilities, although they might be hidden in there. If so, that's still not it's primary job. It controls the devices in the PS3.
