The blur is consistent with plenty of low light exposures I've taken. The guy was probably using an automatic camera, metered too much off of the presenter, and ended up with a long exposure time. Then, unless your hands are as still as a tripod, you will induce the blur effect seen.

What, they don't look like Link's? I say it most certainly looks like that VP guy. Not only do you see different sides of his face (ears aren't 100% symmetrical), the angles are way different also which by in of itself will make the ears look different. The hairdo looks pretty much exactly the same in both pics, considering it's a side-part and again, you see different sides of the face.
Also, the guy wears the same kind of suit/jacket in both pics, if that's any help - prolly not, since pretty much all exec types dress in a similar way...
