Restless after drinking coffee, what do to?

agh, just drank a new brand of coffee and now im restless and it making me forgot to do stuff and cant concentrate. Fortunately i wrote things to do on my phone so i can refer to it.

any idea what to do to beat this coffee after-effect?

Unless there's something else in this coffee other than coffee (dunno the state of food safety in Indonesia...), you're probably just projecting a spell of forgetfulness onto the coffee. Correlation does not prove causation, right?

lol im just utterly cant stand to "chemicals". caffeine, sugar, energy drink, etc affect me too much more than i imagined. Dunno about alcohol, never drink.
it was my fault though for drinking the brand new coffee. Its just looks so delicious!! (it was a candy-brand then they suddenly made a coffee drink).
