Fortunately though someone had done a Rambo game right before. Its called MGS3

Jeez, that game looks terrible, even for old-gen console graphics. And lots of on-rails gameplay, from what I can tell. Looks like fail all around, pretty much.

God, this looks cheap and awful. Wonder if they've ever seen First Blood. John Rambo kills exactly one guy in that movie.

He doesn't even actually kill that guy either, the guy pretty much killed himself by leaning too far out of a helicopter and losing balance, whilst trying to murder John Rambo with a hunting rifle.

Are they tackling the fourth movie as well? Judging by the subtlety of the trailer, a Rambo IV game in that vein oughta become the new benchmark for games in terms of sheer offensiveness.
