Monday morning is my Friday night, after a long weekend with the kids when I drop 'em off at school on Monday morning I have a coffee break from 8:30-11:00am. It's a wonderful tradition. :)

Besides, I'm not really the "patient"-type...I'm much more the "stomp around and shouty"-type. ;)

    Good idea, I think I will. :)

Don't ask me why, but it just made me a whole lot better to hear something from ATi today. 8)

Hey, Dig.....did you ever consider that Patti's response might be construed as info that falls under NDA criteria?

Actually, now that I think about it...

It's probably FUD from ATI....the REAL boards are going to be BLUE....ATI is just messing with nVidia's head and giving out false info to lul nVidia into a false sense of security....

Yeah, I actually wrote back to her and asked her if it would be all right if I posted it up before I did so. :)

Yeah, mine too. Funny that. :p

Well, between a day with ATi and a day in the sunshine, I'd take the sun anyday. Honest. Really I would. Yeah, definitely.... :|

Yes but the best part is that it doesn't take a reactor to power it.

    soooo.. its red aye?..
hmmm.. that sounds abit too incredible doesnt it?
I thought the technology to build red cards wasnt due until atleast 2 years..
and every current red card is acctually something else painted red...

And there is no way they can put 2 Xes in the name on only 0.13 process or whatever it is they uses.. the transistor count for the "dual X" tech is just to high..

that info, was obviously fake,

April 26 might indeed have been the original intent for NDA expiry, but some are speculating that ATI has conveniently planned for the R420 launch to more closely coincide with NVDA's quarterly earnings release and conference call, which is apparently scheduled for May 6. Considering how many times these two have tried to piss on each others' parade, it wouldn't be an unreasonable hypothesis.

Well you know why I'm not invited, don't you? I'M NOT AFFILIATED TO THE COMPUTER GRAPHICS INDUSTRY IN ANY WAY. Could be something to do with it...

BTW, I think we've sussed out their new FSAA modes in another thread. Yay.
