I think this episodes take on the Chiavo situation was spot on, and really the point of the episode. The PSP was just thrown in there as a hook.

I take back my "How much did Sony pay" comment. I can't imagine anyone bribing those guys to do ANYTHING .. and in fact, if Sony tried, they may get the reverse treatment instead. Anyone who hasn't seen that episode has got to see it .. the way they tied in Schiavo was amazingly clever. I am going to use this episode for my first movie download .. as soon as I convert it over from my Tivo.

Yeah, I was actually thinking they MIGHT have been paid for some advertising a bit (since the product use in this case was more blatantly used and not "cloaked-with-a-fake-name-even-though-you-know-exactly-what-they're-talking-about," but then they toss out lines like THAT...
