PS3 Gaming Sharing Problem

Hello All.

I recently downloaded Burnout Paradise from a good friend's PSN account. I've been playing it for some time now and have had no problems. However I accidentally deleted his account from my PS3, not realizing I needed it to play the game XD.

Is there any way I can re-activate the game on my PS3. Would I just create his account on my PS3 again?

I did this before with Tekken when I downloaded it on my friends PS3, I think you'll have to download it again when you add the account.
