Theres a few reports that peple are now able to play R:FOM in 1080i. Can anyone confirm this?

doubtful as that would need to be addressed in a game patch most likely since the game needs to be designed to run at that res.

also 1up says just some little glitch fixes

Owners will no doubt be excited by the prospect of potentially smoothing out some of the quirks they've noticed with the system, but this update doesn't appear to address any existing issues -- instead, an "Account Management" icon has been added under the Friends list, so you no longer need to go into a context menu to edit your profile and the like.

Nope. There have been consistent reports from early users regarding browser speedup (not just Playstation Store) and also some crashing bugs fixed. The official Japanese Release Notes only mentioned "Account Management" in its change list. However the US version (http://www.us.playstation.com/ps3/network/updates) hinted at more:

New for 1.11: [Account Management] has been added.
New for 1.11: Some PLAYSTATION®Network features have been revised.

My controler has never dropped out even once. I think it's environmental not a purely system problem.

Thats what I'm thinking. I havent experienced any problems yet.

Anyways, it's a .01 update, so I wouldnt expect much as just like the psp's .01 updates only minor things are fixed. .1+ updates usually get a couple nice features or two, and 1.0+ updates are the big stuff.
