Well I must say that when they introduced Cell@4.6ghz I thought it's going to be about 4ghz in PS3, and when I heard it's going to be 3.2ghz I was somewhat underwhelmed...
I still wouldn't call it mediocre though.

Ummmm... PC-Engine... you must have me confused with someone else since I've never had a KZ is realtime crusade... I've agreed with certain people that devs have claimed it's realtime and thus I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt until they can be proven wrong by a released game. At least get your facts straight.

Wasn't it IBM that first came with the "Cell" unveiling, and the 4.6GHz.
Cell was from the beginning known to be used in other devices than PS3 too.
So claiming Sony hyped the PS3 to be 4.6GHz is just..... plain trolling.
