Maybe its a cultural thing. At least in the US it is generally stressed very hard that you can not divide by 0.

Nope, you "can't" do it. Something I found rather funny this morning. Open up the Windows Calculator and type in 7 / 0 and see what answer it gives you. Any number should work, just 7 was what I used as in the little video.
