Actually no. I don't really have a problem with it when a forum comes straight out and says it like that, they're just laying down the rules.

It's when they DON'T have a rule like that but enforce it anyways that it bugs me.

Heck, even I'll behave on their forum....I have a feeling they wouldn't put up with a whole lot of monkey-shines out of me.
