85 is closer to 92 than to 71?So what is the conclusion on the PCper FC2 benchies?

Nice.
What physics engine does FC2 use? Havok?
Just saw the Far Cry 2 chart at TechReport and the video seems very plausible. Around 84FPS @ 1920X1200 puts it right in line with what we are hearing so far. 20 to 30% faster than 5870

Driver settings are at defaults.
But i'm not sure if it's the same testing sequence.
I'm keep reading this but can't seem to understand what you mean.these GF100 cards have less than 10 SM/Cluster.
Sources indicated that single-core version, with 448 CUDA Core of the GF 100 graphics card, 3D performance will easily exceed that same level opponents Ati Radeon HD 5870, in the mainstream games, such as: Crysis Warhead, Far Cry 2, HAWX, and Fallout 3, GF 100's performance of HD 5870, respectively 1.6 times, 1.2 times, 1.55 times and 1.2 times.
According to this source , the card has 448 cores only , so it could be GTX 360 .

The performance numbers are from the 448 Core version.High-end models will deploy the full array of 16 Cluster A total of 512 CUDA Core computing unit, to support 384-bit GDDR5 memory body structure, body has a memory capacity of 1.5GB. Although the Fermi core has adopted 40nm manufacturing process, provided that such cards power up to 250W to 300W, and called for PCI-E 6-pin + PCI-E 8-pin power supply. A second level model will take away the two Cluster group memory array and a body controller, which fell to 448 CUDA Core and 320-bit GDDR5, memory body with a total capacity of 1.28GB, power consumption is reduced to 225W, and only need two PCI-E 6-pin power supply.
Ah , that is what I meant actually ! , well I guess it is good news right ?No, there should be two versions:

Something wrong with that 92 number, should be more like 105-110, if you look at the 2*5870 score, or the pcgh scores scaling.85 is closer to 92 than to 71?
Ah, now I feel stupid for ordering a HD5870.
It looks like these benchies are real...
yeah, you're right. It's still a bummer tho.?
Sure, you could wait another 3-4 months but then what will the price be?
Face it, with GPUs you can almost always get a nice bump if you're willing to wait a few months.
