He mentioned Arden after a poster on Era did, so multiple people are hearing the same thing.Brad Samms has specifically mentioned ‘Arden’ as an Xbox related code name. He thinks it could be referring to the SoC.

I’m talking about a different post. The codename in the Resetera post was 'Anubis' not 'Arden': https://www.resetera.com/threads/xbox-game-studios-ot4-we-xbox-now-boise.94058/page-24#post-17149390
Interesting if you go to the link @3dilettante provided (http://pci-ids.ucw.cz/read/PC/1022) both those codenames are right next to each other...seemingly related to the same device.
Arden is, as well as Argalus.
Go find them.

That post is Jan 25th. Brads video was posted Jan 24th. So to be correct that poster mentioned it after Brad.
Sure, but that’s immaterial to the point.
Not totally...I think the codename originating from Brad Sams is good way to corroborate. He is likely leaning on insider info from Microsoft where as some of these random posters are probably speculating on AMD roadmaps. So the intersection of the two "sources" kind of solidifies the info.
I think that was the point @anexanhume was trying to make.
@mrcorbo is correct. I was linking the fact that multiple sources said the same thing. Who was first only matters if you find one source significantly more credible than the other, which is a fine argument to have.In terms of where the codename originated...I said it was important...he said immaterial. So not totally.
Christina!I don't know if I can talk about this, but Amadeus
I suppose hostility is one way to react to being given a google search term to investigate.Hum, my guess specs now have changed:
Base APU: Anubis
GPU flops: irrelevant. Clock:who cares
GPU Codename: ahhh, now for the good info: Horus
CPU: Jaguar, Zen1 or 2, idk whatever.
CPU codename: Akhmed
SHAPE AUDIO BLOCK codename: Isis
Controller codename: Osiris
With all these cool codenames the price might balloon into $599, but if MS is willing to take a hit they may be able to launch at $449
I wasn't being hostile. Just cheeky and dumb for stupidity own sake.I suppose hostility is one way to react to being given a google search term to investigate.

My mistake then. Sorry.I wasn't being hostile. Just cheeky and dumb for stupidity own sake.
USB-C type output with DP alt mode, probably for PSVR2. I wonder if Sony will allow it to be used as a non-VR video output as well for people with FreeSync monitors.
