Because nobody wanted to announce you this announcement about Nvidia's announcement.

It could have been dangerous, I mean, so many announcements at once could have created a heavy dissonance in space which could have lead to an excessive accumulation of tachyons in a too short period and then lead to the formation of micro black hole... Or something.
