I wanna share a true story with you good folks:

It's my birthday in two weeks (early May) and I was saving up for something nice to spend on myself finally.

My MOT was coming up so I went to get my car checked and it failed on some minor points... so what happens next is I go to a garage and ask him to fix'er up as you do.

Car needs Windscreen Wipers fitting which I left at home, so I decide to drive home from work (2 minute drive literally) on my lunchbreak. And BANG I crash my car into a big squared off metal post cos I wasn't paying attention.

It is gonna cost me a small fortune to fix the damage I did to my beatiful little car. Hence no birthday money for me!!

Moral of the story?

Life is a bitch!!!

That other link you have in your signature has changed my life, I will not go to see the Matrix: Reloaded ... yea right :p

By their fruits ye shall know them

I had attended a showing of The Matrix in May of 1999 with a lady friend, because we are both big Morgan Freeman fans. An hour into the film, as I observed what dreck we were wading in, I walked up and stood before the screen and tried to explain to the audience that this vomitus was below their dignity.

I was greeted by some of the most vulgar insults imaginable, until some began throwing objects and one man even knocked my pipe from my hand. Do you wish to be associated with a group of such character?

By their fruits ye shall know the staff, too
After the above incident, I was the one asked to leave.

Well durrrrrrrrrr...............and you are the one with a PhD? You moron!!

No wonder he hates the sequel so much.. LMAO!!

Oh NO it gets worse!!

Bullets travel at over 900 feet per second. I don't care how fast Agent Smith and his friends pulled their triggers in that hallway, their bullets would not travel in a tight pack like that. It takes a tenth of a second for an automatic to recycle itself, meaning that by the time the second round left the barrel, the first bullet would be 90 feet away.

You should have heard my gales of laughter upon seeing this scene during my second viewing of the film. I fully expected the audience around me join in the derision, and when they did not I walked up and down each row, leaning over each seat and howling my gales of mockery right in their faces.

Once more, the staff removed me from the theater, rather than doing the proper thing and removing the film from the theater. Ridiculous.

He went to see it twice? Now I know this guy is pulling someones leg.. lol.

Indeed...

Maybe if he'd payed attention when Neo bent the spoon, and the kids were distorting reality... he'd know the agents most likely have some reality distortion capabilities and can make those guns recoil/recycle significantly faster... ;)

The reason they didn't cast Aaliyah could be because she is unavailable for any scenes for at least the next eternity. 8)

ehh in case you havnt figured it out the whole thing is fake :p its just to give people a good laugh

I'm married so I need to find a second rich wife I guess.
And I'm slowly getting ripped off on the repair job...Im gonna be so broke the repair will cost more than the car.
And K.I.L.E.R I accept ;)

Dont spoil the fun by telling everyone it is fake!!! You should read the ST: Nemesis review.. hehe

It's no consolation Tahir but my car is fubar'd too. I was hammering it to go and visit my mother (in rather bad way having broken her lower back), when the cylinder head cracked between the outer wall and plug well...in sympathy, the breather pipes for the auto gearbox spewed over 2 litres of transmission oil all over the chassis. Needless to say, I was not best pleased.

Still - it was time for a new car anyway! Tax is due at the end of the month; 12 months > value of car. With a bit of luck, a nice Xedos 2.0 V6 will be mine this weekend.
