Misplaced complaint about XB360 service

Not a surprise considering my experience with MS 'customer service' and that really must be a euphemism because it's god awful,

yes, also had lots of problems when they automatically rolled over my XBL sub while I was on my hols. I had bought a scratch card and was going to use it on my return, several phone calls and broken promises about refunds later I finally got my money back...but the time & effort spent is just rediculous.
