MGS has most lifeforms in FPS games

There's a first person camera mode in Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, and that game has 25 different types of dinosaurs in it. Does it win?

I think we are talking about cases where they are not some sort of enemy or such...anyways I believe MGS3 wins hands down when talking about number of lifeforms found in the game.

I tried to find FPS/3D camera version of Nethack, but found only third person one.
Would it count? ;)

Underwater - Great white shark, reef fishes, tropical fishes, river fishes, water bugs.

Land - Crabs, frogs, butterflies (different colors), turtles, flies, nocturnal bugs (glows), cockroaches, small flying insects (cant make out species), 'alien bugs'.

Birds land/sky - Chickens (big/small), finches, Gouldian finches, plover, seagull, tern.

Crysis wins again. :devilish:

As someone mentioned before, Beyond Good & Evil has 56 animals (a few of which are enemies), so it easily wins this contest. Endless Ocean has no enemies and 44 different kinds of fish.

All the "lifeforms" you've listed are animals, not just the dog, Markhor etc. Specifically those are mammals, except for the gavial which is a reptile. Also none of the animals you've listed under insects are actually insects. Crabs are crustaceans and tarantulas and scorpions are arachnids. If you wanted to group them all together it would be under arthropod.

Forgive my ignorance but I never really was a Biology student so I demand some exceptions to be made on me :)

A whole Encyclopedia mode is included in Panzer Dragoon Orta to provide context information for all of its flora and fauna.
