Just out of curiousity how are you going to do it? I have a friend that's considering adding Kinect to his basement home theater. He even installed REAL theatre seats and an angled floor so people in the back don't have their view obstructed. And it also uses a projection system.

I don't believe someone with a dedicated room will have as many problems as me but here are my issue as they stand today.
Issue1: The screen will actually go in front of the drop which does not allow me to do wall mounting of the Kinect sensor. We are strongly considering changing out the current fireplace to a completely different style thus allowing the projector to be mounted on the drop ceiling/back wall and wall/shelf mounting Kinect just below the screens necessary drop.
Issue2: The biggest issue of all potentially; how long is the included power/data cable and how many extensions can be used before signal/gameplay degradation. The electronic components, save the sub, will be moving to the wall across from where the screen will be to be closer to the projector. As a frame of reference here (dark pic):
the doors from mold to mold measure 12.5' so that gives you an idea of just how much longer I would need the cable to be, even if we mounted the projector to the drop ceiling we are still looking at 15'+ and thats straight line sprawled across the middle of the room...no...
Thats my living room for better or worse. It looks a little different now the only changes are no more PS3 (no replacement), no more individual speakers (replaced with a DefTech SSA-50), and now the room is carpeted.
Pre-Ordered:
My Games list has shrunk if only because of the need to divert some money into the projector project and the fireplace project and we used most of the projector money for a car down payment...at least we like the car.
