That's some great new then! GG might just improve on that interation of their engine for a fully 60fps sp campaign for their next game then! Thanks for all the info guys.

Seriously, no thanks. I want my SP to be fully loaded with effects and polygons, MP is competitive so 60fps is understandable but leave that shit out of my SP please considering nextgen consoles are already some way behind high end PCs and they would need all the power in the world to keep up the visuals.

How is this even being done? I'm just in awe at that footage.. I guess I hadn't really expected SF to be THAT good looking.

The part with the blur blew my mind. And those explosions!

KZ looks very pretty and very static. Given a choice between a less pretty game with environment destruction and an static photograph type game, I'd choose the former, but I appreciate that's a personal preference thing.
 
Looks great and awesome lighting, but am I the only one who thinks it's uncharacteristically colorful? Also (though not apparent from the video) I was hoping we wouldn't see fabric clothing polygon edges in next-gen games.

When was the last time a 30fps revealed Sony game hit 60 fps after saying they targeted 60fps? Skepticism is good for the soul. :)

edit: sniper smoke is a great idea to spot campers.

Like every other game, you make tradeoffs to achieve the resolution and framerate you're targeting. 1080p and 60Hz don't come free. GG hasn't mysteriously found "untapped power" to allow them to achieve this.

Loving the particles and smoke fx. Anyone know why soliders glow with a blue water like effect?
 
It would be just stellar if this game turns out to be as representative of ps4 latter games' quality of graphics as Resistance was for ps3's. I found this MP footage more impressive than anything shown before even when I didn't know it was at 60fps. This is very promising.
 
Looks nice but I'm not seeing a major leap from previous KZs for PS3. If they hit 60fps upon release then we know why that is the case. If someone told me this game was running on PS3 at 720p 30fps I would believe them.

Er.. I didn't imply they had? What an odd comment to make.

I'm guessing its the fact that, as others have said, it's more 'static' and has a maximum of 12v12 and no vehicles.
