What type of AA method would they be using for this game, MLAA maybe?

 

It's very likely they are using good old BSAA.

 

How Sucker Punch is moddeling pedestrians in Infamous Second Son :

 

So the crowds in the game are based on real people? That isn't very common in games. Scanning people in 3D to help populate the world of the game seems like a pretty cool idea to me.

 

BTW I think the actor is Troy Baker but correct me if I am wrong.

The polygon density on the face is nuts. I think I saw a 6 figure tris count in that Emotion Capture doc.

 

Coming out Q1 2014. Overlooked at the conference imo.

 

One of the best E3 showings so far, but trailer to short and edited...

 

This should be playable on the show floor so we should see more soon. I am quite excited about it, shame it is not a launch game.

 

I'm super excited for this. Gets rid of my biggest gripe with the first 2 games right away: no more Cole McGrath.

Thanks for the link. Looks quite like Infamous. Except that the dash moves make the player super agile and very fast. This looks quite fun. Hoping for a direct feed...
