Sounds like the GTA world hoax to me

These devs from Saints row are getting all this credit for nothing. All they have done is make an exact copy of GTA. Nothing more. I'm 100% sure that R* will take the game to a whole new level, leaving this game looking dated.

While this looks good, I can't see many picking this up because it is a GTA clone.
I think many will rather wait for the real thing, knowing it will be better.
It's been proven these "me too" games are just mediocre sellers at best.

I think Rockstar should take tehe series to a whole new setting in time and space.
Imagine a future metro f.e , a couple of 100 years from now. They could do some crazy stuff there...

instead of changing the time period i think they should expand the game from some cities to maybe the whole US, and eventualy the world >=)

neversot is making GUN it's similar to that.

R* is rumoured to be workin on a wild west type game, but the most obvious explenation would be Red Dead Revolver 2.

I wouldn't be surprised to see GTA 4 in europe or somthing, they said then entire plan for the trilogy was 3 us based games, a godfather type game, a 80s style scarface game, and a 90's boys n' the hood, that was the GTA 3 trilogy from the get go.

they'll probably do somethin totally different yet equally cool.

Yeah GTA3 was based in New York (in game it was called Liberty City..I believe). I personally want to see a London setting GTA/or GTA esque game or a Russian setting one.

Exactly why I think physics will play a huge part in next gen games. When the car blows up individual car parts can knock the player over. I though that was cool.

It may be a GTA clone, but it looks like it has the potential to bring some interesting stuff to the 'genre'. I wouldn't count it out at all. Looks fun.
