Actually it varies from woman to woman and even from pregnancy to pregnancy. Our first child my wife had ZERO interest in sex for the entire pregnancy, the second time around she was horny during her second trimester.

When my wife was pregnant the first time we got free meals everywhere because she would bitch and complain about the food or service. One time, in a rather nice restaurant, she unilaterally decided MY portion size was too small and complained. The waiter brought out another dish for me and I couldn't finish the first! She also got so mad at me that first time that she tried to punch and kick me at the same time and I had to catch her so she wouldn't fall on her ass!

That first deliver though...whew...definitely a rather "out of body" experience.
