IE 7.0 Question.

Hi guys,

Got a simple question. My girlfriend is getting upset by the fact that when she types something in her browser you see a list appearing right under it of similar things you typed previously. Where do you turn this thing off in IE7.0 ?

Disable Web Auto-Complete

Easy enough:

In IE, Select "Tools", then "Internet Options". Select the "Content" tab and select "Settings" under the Autocomplete section.

Disable autocomplete for "Web adresses" and confirm the settings - you should now have a less frustrated girlfriend
