Seriously, new foundries and fablines experience growing pains. The fact that IBM's foundry suffered a setback should not alarm anyone -- it's not out of the ordinary.
It's funny how IBM's yield supposedly climbed after IBM dropped low-K dielectrics and switched back to the more conventional FSG (higher-K.) Seems like IBM learned only recently, what TSMC and NVidia discovered a while ago...
