Lol tell me about it! If anything scream "dodgy" its that. Hell, in the UK you would get arrested for singing the national anthem like that!

It occured to me though, what country does this song come from and does anyone know the laws there? They may ave a lower age of consent which could partially explain how the song made it to the contest in the first place.

I'm not exactly sure were Moldover is nut it could well have an AoC of 14 looking at the map.

And whats going on with Spain there!

That map is wrong. In Germany it's 16 and from what I know it should be like that in all of EU too.

Moldova is wedged between Romania and Ukraine. It's marked gray as 'AoC unclear or unverified'.
